- Is it possible to pre-order items?
Yes, some items are available for pre-order. The estimated delivery time is indicated in the presentation of the product. Payments are debited during your order validation to secure the order.
- Is it possible to order an out-of-stock item?
Yes, some out-of-stock items may come back in stock. Please send us an e-mail with your request at bonjour@alismita.com and we will be happy to reply.
- Is it possible to modify an order that I have just validated?
Yes, some orders that have not yet been sent can be changed. Please send us an e-mail with your request at bonjour@alismita.com and we will be happy to reply.
- What are the payment methods accepted by ALIS MITA?
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Paypal, Paypal in 4 installments and Apple Pay. Our payments can be made in euros (€) or US dollars ($).
- Is payment by credit card secure?
Yes, payment by credit card is 100% secure. The financial data relating to your credit card passes through a secure payment gateway using the https protocol and 3D Secure 2 (3DS2) or Verified by Visa security devices which protect and encrypt your bank details. We cannot access or store your credit card numbers.
- How can I pay in installments?
We offer you the possibility to pay in 4 installments via your own PayPal account. The amount of the order will be divided into 4 payments debited over a period of 3 months that you can manage from your PayPal application. This type of payment is a financing offer taken out with PayPal and subject to their terms of acceptance and reimbursement.
- In which countries does ALIS MITA ensure deliveries?
We provide standard delivery anywhere in the world via Colissimo or UPS.
- What are the delivery costs?
Shipping costs are free for all orders.
- What are the delivery times?
Our delivery deadlines are indicated in working days:
- France: 1-2 days
- European Union: 2-3 days
- World: 3-7 days
- How can I track the delivery of my order?
When sending your order, we will send you the tracking number by email.
- Are there any customs fees to pay?
For deliveries outside the European Union, taxes and customs charges may apply. Due to the regulations of each country, we are not able to estimate them upon delivery. You must inform yourself before placing the order and pay the taxes and customs charges to the delivery service upon receipt of the order.
- Can I refuse the order due to additional taxes or customs charges?
Given the nature of our deliveries, we do not tolerate refusal of delivery due to non-payment of taxes or customs charges. Thus, any refused order will be returned to France. The delivery and return costs as well as any costs incurred will be re-invoiced to you and deducted from the reimbursement of your order.
- Is delivery to a PO box possible?
No, deliveries to PO boxes are not accepted.
- Is signature required upon receipt of order?
Yes, the receipt of your order is against signature.
- What are the return conditions?
You have the option of returning any product ordered within 14 days of receipt of the order. Any return request made outside this period will be refused. Some products are subject to special return conditions. Please see them below.
- Are there products subject to special return conditions?
- Zero-rated products
Products delivered in France or worldwide that have been the subject to a tax refund, cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Customized products
Products that have been the subject, at the Customer’s request, of an additional or specific customized modification (in particular the inscription of initials or any other customizable message on the product or one of the constituent elements of the product) cannot be reimbursed or returned.
- Products made from exotic leathers subject to CITES
The products having in their composition exotic leathers subject to CITES regulations (in particular the crocodile, the alligator, the caiman, the python, the lizard, the ostrich) will not be refundable or exchangeable for any order whose address of delivery is located outside the European Union.
- What are the return costs?
Return costs are free for all orders anywhere in the world.
- Are exchanges accepted?
We do not accept exchange of products. If you want a different product than the one you ordered, you will need to request a return of the product and place a new order.
- What is the procedure for returning products?
In order to make a return, you must contact Customer Service at the email address bonjour@alismita.com to obtain the delivery order and the return form which must accompany the return of the order.
- What are the repayment terms?
After receipt of the return and validation of the conformity of the products, the refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 days on the account corresponding to the payment that was used to place the order.
